What
began as an experiment in 1978 with The Disco Doll's
Dilemma and Orange Crushmas in Denver has
developed into a strong, enterprising group of young actors
presenting a full menu of Broadway hits to enthusiastic
audiences.

Thirty two
years of Music, Dance, Acting and Fun have made their mark
on the audiences and actors who have participated in YGP's
many shows. This past season marks the 168th “Main
Company production of YGP's musicals. Let's
hope the next seasons are at least half as much fun! Break
a leg, YGP!!

exciting shows such as Carousel; Guys and Dolls;
Damn Yankees; Annie Get Your Gun; The Fantasticks; The
Boy Friend; Grease; The Music Man; Li l Abner; Annie; Peter
Pan; The Sound of Music; The Wizard of Oz; You're a Good
Man, Charlie Brown; Snoopy!!!; Oliver!; Barnum; George
M!; Where's Charley?; Bye Bye Birdie; 42nd Street; Hello
Dolly!; Babes in Arms; Annie Warbucks; Oklahoma; Pajama
Game; Aladdin; Alice in Wonderland; Pinocchio; Snow White
and the Seven Dwarfs; Footloose; Cinderella; Sugar and
many other shows to the delight of thousands of theatre
patrons. |

Moody, Critic at Large for KCNC-TV, CBS4 writes: “This
is a program that reaches out to both children and adults,
on stage and in the audience, giving them a wealth of theatrical
and entertainment experience. I see theater in many ways
in many theaters. I see little that can match this for
what it gives both performers and the audience.” |
